This is a three-dimensional floating compensator module designed for automated assembly, press-fitting and end-of-line testing. It provides active position deviation compensation on X, Y horizontal axes and Z vertical axis, effectively absorbing workpiece positioning errors, mounting misalignment and minor angular deflection during docking.
Equipped with pneumatic locking and self-centering function, it can rigidly lock the unit back to the home position after compensation. Compact structure with standard ISO robot mounting interface, easy to install on robot flanges, grippers and test tooling. Widely used in new energy battery pack assembly, connector press-fit, leak testing and precision plugging operations.
