XYZ-80 Compensation Unit is a high-load 3-axis compliant floating component for automated production lines. The model number “80” stands for 80mm overall square dimension and enhanced rated load capacity compared with XYZ-60.
It adopts integrated high-strength aluminum alloy housing, built-in spring return mechanism and pneumatic locking loop, realizing flexible floating offset during mating and rigid fixed positioning after air locking. Effectively prevent rigid collision damage to test probes, quick connectors, charging guns and precision workpieces in automatic docking processes.
