XYZ-100 Compensation Unit is a high-load, large-stroke 3-axis compliant floating module, specially optimized for heavy-duty automated production and high-precision testing processes. As the high-end model of the XYZ series, it upgrades the internal guide structure and spring reset system, realizing larger floating tolerance and stronger bearing capacity compared with XYZ-60 and XYZ-80.
This unit supports multi-directional position deviation compensation and minor angular deflection correction. It adopts pneumatic automatic centering and rigid locking dual-mode design, which can buffer rigid collision during blind mating and maintain ultra-stable benchmark positioning during formal testing and assembly. With a standardized universal mounting structure, it is compatible with industrial robots, collaborative robots and various custom test tooling fixtures.
